February 25-26, 2013

I had a good dream.
I just can't remember what it was about.
At all.
Yay.

February 24-25, 2013

I was living in Burnaby. I might've been living alone or with my family, I'm not sure. A lot about this dream is about the placement of certain establishments, so if you're not familiar with the Metrotown area, you're probably going to be confused. There were a lot of differences about the city in my dream though; for example, the high school I used to go to, Moscrop Secondary, was where Save-on-Foods was, beside Metrotown and Station Square, in an apartment building. Weird, but whatever, I digress. My mom was in a meeting in the Hilton Hotel attached to Crystal Mall.
Anyway, I guess I was doing errands with one of my friends, James. After doing a few of them, I wanted to see a movie. I think it was Pitch Perfect, and I asked him if he wanted to come along...I also think I texted this to him, but a couple minutes later, I picked him up and he was in the passenger seat of my car. I also texted one of my used-to-be-friends Kyla if she wanted to see the movie with me too, because I thought James would say no. It turned out that both of them wanted to see the movie with me, so I thought that was awkward, but the me in the dream didn't think so. James was already in the car with me, so I drove to Moscrop, which wasn't all that far from where I was doing errands (like I said earlier), and was going to pick up Kyla (I saw her walking towards my car) when they both disappeared. (Kyla is the same age as me...but apparently she was still in high school. Hm.) We didn't end up seeing the movie, for obvious reasons: they disappeared, and it seemed like I was doing something else. Or the something else happened a few hours after the movie but my subconscious didn't think it was important enough for it to happen to me. I then needed to pick up Faith. She was at the library, which was where Future Shop was. We needed to pick up Mom after that, so we drove over to Crystal Mall, to walk around before we met up with our mom. We drove to the mall parking lot, which was interesting, because it had outdoor parking, unlike the actual underground parking it has. It was convenient, because there were a lot of open spaces. I parked the car, and we entered Crystal Mall when I woke up.

I realized I did a lot of driving...and that some of the streets in that area were different. Not much I could do about that though.
Maybe my mind was creating a better functioning shopping district. Or not. I didn't think it was when I woke up. Such are dreams.

February 20-21, 2013

I definitely had a dream this night...and I knew I liked it a lot. But I can't remember what it was about.

That happens a lot; I've been pretty good this week, jotting down little notes and remembering. But last night. I guess it wasn't that good of a dream? I liked what I was dreaming about though!

*sigh. Dreams can be frustrating.

Ah well. Next time.

February 18-19, 2013

I was sitting in church, I guess it was a Sunday.
Our pastor, Pastor Brent, was calling for people who were celebrating their anniversaries to stand up and show the rings that corresponded with these happy occasions. So, I stood up, holding up a really complex looking ring with my index finger and thumb. When I got up, another older woman also stood up, and she was someone I knew. I didn't realize who it was until later on in the morning: I volunteer at a camp during the summer, and when we go to church on Sundays, there's a pianist. This older woman was that pianist.

There was more to the dream, before and after, probably that the pastor started talking about the importance of celebrating such things, but I can't remember what happened.

Dreams are weird...Or subconsciouses are weird. Either way, things are weird.

February 17-18, 2013

I was in a garage or a cafe, sitting on a couch with a few people, going over lyrics for a song. I'm with a bunch of guys, who form a band, and another girl. The girl sings the song while we're sitting on this couch, and her voice doesn't sound too good...Not to be biased, but my voice would've sounded better ;) I guess it was the next day, or a few days later, when I was walking home from school, or walking towards where I was going to meet up the so-called band. We were on the beach, I'm thinking it was California, most likely Los Angeles, since that's where I usually go when I'm in Cali. But on the beach, there was hot-tub-like pool. It wasn't right on the water, but it was pretty close. Everyone in the pool was in their clothes. Strange, but whatever: no need to change into swimsuits and no ridicule of body types. Worked for me. So, they were going over the song when I got to the side of the pool, put my backpack down on the sand, took my pink tank off (I was wearing a black tank underneath), and hopped in. A new addition to the group was Miranda Cosgrove, from the popular Nickelodeon show iCarly. Since the first girl's voice wasn't so hot, Miranda jumped into the song and was singing when I got into the pool. I floated on my back, the length of the little pool, and I bumped my head into Nathan Stephenson's belly. I know Mr. Stephenson from a Canadian show I watched called Radio Free Roscoe, which aired on the Family Channel. I ask Nathan what's going on once I put my feet back on the floor of the pool, and he tells me that they're changing the lyrics.
Before I move on, Tom Parker was also there, who's a member of UK band The Wanted. Other than that, I can't say who else was there.
Of course, while I'm jumping in the pool, floating, and talking, Miranda is still singing the song, and I really like the tune of it. She makes excellent changes to the song while she's singing it, but when one of the guys hands her the lyric paper and a pen, to change the lyrics, she won't do it. Maybe she forgot what she replaced the words with, but I really think she was physically unable to do it. Don't ask me why, this is just my thought process.
I end up singing the song from where she made the changes, and I take the pen to write down the lyrics that were changed. When I make the second change on paper, I realize that the end of the song sounds a lot like Justin Bieber's song Boyfriend, when I woke up.

Then, while I was getting ready for the day, washing my face and so on, Boyfriend was stuck in my head.
A great song to have in your head while getting ready...NOT. ;)

February 15-16, 2013

I was in a mansion, sitting at a long dining room table, eating a delicious dinner with a bunch of people I mostly didn't know. The one person I did remember though was Elliott C. Morgan, a YouTuber associated with Philip DeFranco and the SourceFed crew, because I have a crush on him. (He's absolutely gorgeous, but he's married. Oh how the good ones are always taken...) Anyway, then the Peter Pan from Hook came into the dining hall?...Robin Williams appointed Dante Basco, when he was younger, to become the new leader of the Lost Boys. (I hope someone else other than me remembers this actor. He's also in Take the Lead with Antonio Banderas, he's one of the "thugs" that learns to dance.)

In all honesty, I have no idea what's going on. I jotted down little notes when I woke up, and I can barely read them as is: it was semi dark and I scribbled.

Ok, so we managed to finish our dinner, and I think I had Elliott's arm walking through the garden. There were dolls and statues along the hedges of the garden, as well as throughout the bushes and flowers of the garden. They started to dance all of a sudden, like a fairy or someone whispered a spell to make them come alive. I guess they started to sing too, because the next thing in my quick notes is "-musical." There's also "-country side," which I assume means we were in the country side, so vast space for privacy.

This sounds like my kind of party...A little creepy, but still fun. Since Elliott C. Morgan was there! ;)
